8. UNDELIVERED & RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO) ORDERS

Orders returned to origin due to customer-related issues (incorrect address, refusal, non-availability) may be subject to re-shipping charges.

Refunds for RTO orders, if eligible, will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses.

Homora is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
10. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RISK TRANSFER

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, it will be treated as successfully delivered.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
11. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

Homora shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government regulations, or courier disruptions.
